Full overnight closures will be scheduled five nights a week Sundays through Thursdays until the end of March*, unless otherwise indicated. No overnight closures will occur on Friday/ Saturday nights.

The contractor for this $11 million viaduct project is Golden State Bridge of Martinez, CA.

* The original press release states “Full overnight closures will be scheduled five nights a week Sundays through Thursdays until the end of February, unless otherwise indicated.”
I noticed this was incorrect and contacted Susana Cruz and got her permission to update this press release to the Big Sur community to state that the full overnight closure is scheduled until the end of March. This is consistent with the information on the toll free hotline. ~ Stan
