Pine Ridge Search for Arvin Nelson 9/1/14

Hello Big Sur!

Although there have been no new developments in the search for Arvin Nelson the search continues. Monterey County Sheriff Search and Rescue has posted some more photos of the search efforts early this evening and listed the agencies that have been contributing to the search.

The community of Big Sur is forever grateful and full of gratitude to all the people who have worked on this effort, those that have volunteered their time and skills, and to all the coordinated efforts of the County, State and Federal resources that have generously been provided.

Large searches like the one still underway for Mr. Nelson would not be possible without the coordination and cooperation of the mutual aid system.
