Big Sur Pop Over!
Big Sur Bakery’s Michelle Rizzolo and Matt Somerville and Pastry Chef Ben Spungin, from Post Ranch Inn, will be at Salumeria Luca in Carmel on Saturday March 11th and Sunday March 12th, baking and creating their delicious treats! Doors open at 10am.
Matt and Michelle will be making their famous morning pastries including croissants, bacon bow-ties and ginger scones along with their beautiful sourdough loaves. Ben will be making an array of his fine chocolates and ice creams.
Some of the proceeds will be donated to Big Sur to help our tiny community through these very rough times.
Bonus: There will be some talented Big Sur Bakery baristas pulling espresso shots too.
