Big Sur, CA – Effective May 1st, 2022 – The residential burn season has been terminated. (Agricultural burn permit holders may still burn according to those policies). Thank you all for your cooperation as the weather continues to become warmer and drier. Note: While burn season has officially ended, it is more important than ever to continue to develop your defensible space as well as a Ready, Set, Go plan for you and your family or tenants.
